I've been providing personalized, individual counseling services since 2021. I also have the ability, through telehealth, to see patients in Colorado.
I specialize in counseling children, teens, young adults, and families; and, have worked with a wide array of issues such as: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions and adjustments, trauma and life stress, behavioral and educational issues, relationship dynamics, grief and loss and parenting.
My approach will typically integrate a variety of techniques including: Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Systems Theory. I am also a TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) practitioner trained in assisting parents and caretakers in creating stronger and deeper relationships with their children.
